Defective Products:
We stand behind our merchandise. If you feel that the product you received is defective, please contact us immediately and provide a detailed explanation of why your product is defective. You will be given a Return Authorization Code (RAC) and upon receipt we will examine it.

Exchange Information for the products other than Wigs:
  • Hairandextensions.com offers exchanges.

  • Exchanges must be requested by e-mail at info@hairandextensions.com or phone at 1-877-445-7744 within 9 days of receiving the product. You will be given a Return Authorization Code (RAC) which has to be clearly marked on the shipping box

  • We offer one exchange per item without Restocking Fee

  • In addition you will need to pay for shipping the product back to us as well as us shipping the new product to you.

  • For Exchanges, restocking fee of 20% or $20 will be charged.

  • We will not accept damaged or “used” products as exchanges. We reserve the right to make the judgment call if an item is damaged or used. If you’re returned item falls into this category we will send it back to you provided you pay shipping.

  • The exception is the manufacturers defect. If a manufacture's defect is found, please contact us immediately to replace your purchase. We will replace the item for the same brand, style and color at no cost.

  • Return products must be returned with the original netting and tags still attached, in the undamaged packing. Item must be in new and re-saleable condition. Do not mark tape or attach anything to the packaging.

  • Item altered in any way can not be accepted. For example, item was washed or exposed to smells like perfume.

Exchange Information for Wigs:

We will gladly exchange your wig if you are not completely satisfied with the color or style.

Please read the following terms and conditions for an exchange.

a.      Request for an exchange must be made within 3 days of your receipt of the item and you must receive an approval for exchange via e-mail prior to returning the item. Please enclose a note with your return item with your request (i.e. new color, style etc.)

b.      Return items must be sent at your cost, any items with postage due will be returned to sender.

c.       Items must be in absolutely new condition, this means NOT worn, brushed, shaken-out or altered in any way and include ALL original packing materials, otherwise your exchange will not be accepted and the item will be returned back to you at your cost.

d.      There will also be a restocking fee of 20% or $20 will be charged.

e.      Customer must pay for the original shipping cost for all return/exchange items unless the cause for return was due to a material defect in the product.

  • Sorry, absolutely No Returns are accepted on Human hair wigs, Synthetic Hair Wigs, Mono Top wigs, hair pieces and Halloween Wigs
